These are the terms and conditions to qualify to our Diamond Retreat of 2024.
Qualification Window: January-June 2024. No late qualifiers will be invited on this trip, and the qualification window will not be extended. If you miss this window, you can always qualify for next year.
Qualification Guidelines:
- Diamond 1x: Hotel
- Diamond 2x: Hotel & 1 Round Trip Flight
- Double Diamond: Hotel, 1 Round Trip Flight & Spa Credit
- Triple Diamond: Hotel, 2 Round Trip Flights, Spa Credit, VIP Event
- Crown: Hotel, 2 Round Trip Flights, Spa Credit, VIP Event, Upgraded Room
Room and Board: Neumi will book and pay for one room per membership. If there are multiple people on your membership, you are responsible to book and pay for any extra rooms.
Flights: Neumi will reimburse the cost of one round trip economy flight per team (unless you are a Triple Diamond or a Crown). You are responsible to book your own flight and send your confirmation email to events@neumi.com for reimbursement by September 1, 2024. Any additional flights for team members or plus ones are your responsibility. Any additional fees for baggage, upgrades, etc will not be covered by Neumi.
Extended Trips: If you wish to extend your trip beyond what we have scheduled. It is your responsibility to coordinate your extension with the hotel. Contact events@neumi.com for further instructions.
RSVP Deadline: You must RSVP for this Diamond Retreat by July 14, 2024. Our office will reach out to you, but if you somehow miss their call or email, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have given us your RSVP. If we have not received your RSVP before July 14, 2024, you will lose your spot. This includes the RSVP for your plus ones. RSVP through your Diamond Success Manager or by emailing events@neumi.com.
Please include the following information in your RSVP:
- Will you be bringing a guest/plus one?
- If yes, what is their full name?
- If yes, what is their t-shirt size?
- Would you prefer a room with 2 queens or 1 king?
- What is your t-shirt size?
- Do you (or your guest) have any dietary restrictions, any special accommodations, or translation services?
Age: This is an adults only trip. All guests and plus ones must be 18 years or older.
Passports: Please ensure that your passport is valid. If you do not have a valid passport by September 1, 2024, you will lose your spot. If you think you are going to qualify, start working on your visa application now. We would hate for you to miss this trip because of visa issues!
Communication: All updates, before, during, and after this retreat will be sent through the 2024 Diamond Retreat Telegram Broadcast. Join the broadcast through the link provided in your official invite email. Any Diamond Retreat related questions should be sent through your Diamond Success Manager or to events@neumi.com.
Transfers: Incentive Trips and qualifications cannot be transferred or redeemed for compensation.
Cancellation: Any cancellations after September 1, 2024 will incur a penalty charge to cover hotel room expenses and flight reimbursements. For any other cancellations where flights have been reimbursed, we will issue a clawback for the full reimbursement cost.
