A: Reimbursements will be equal to the average cost for a round-trip economy flight from your location.

A: No, for those who cannot attend there will be no compensation.

A: Gasoline reimbursements are available as an alternative to flight reimbursements. Those who do not qualify for flight reimbursements are not eligible for gasoline reimbursements.
