Q2: Why am I being asked my age when enrolling?

As per our Neumi Terms and Conditions, we require all individuals who enroll and consume our products to be at least 18 years of age. To ensure you are over the age of 18, we ask for your date of birth during your enrollment. You may find this information in our Terms and Conditions. 

Q3: What does it mean when it asks me for a web alias when I’m enrolling as a member?

When enrolling, you will be asked to create a web alias; this needs to be a unique name for your website, which can also be your username. If the website gives you an error message when entering the web alias, that  most likely means that it is already being occupied, and you need to create a more unique web alias. Once you create your web alias, that will be your website name, which you can share with someone who is looking to enroll.

Your website will be as follows: neumi.com/webalias 

*Please keep in mind that you cannot use the word “Neumi” in your web alias.
