These are the FAQ's for our Achieve Trip.
Q1: What is the difference between the Achieve Trip and the Diamond Retreat?
A2: The Achieve Trip is a training trip for leaders and upcoming leaders. Our Diamond retreat is the result of achieving Diamond Status leadership.
Q2: How will I be able to track my earned points?
A2: An individual point tracker is available in your back office.
Q3: Does a recurring order (auto-ship orders) count for a member I enrolled before the qualification period?
A3: No, recurring orders (auto-ship orders) only award points to the Enroller for those enrolled during the qualification period.
Q4: Do I receive points for my personal Autoship?
A4: No, personal orders do not award points for yourself.
Q5: What happens if someone I enrolled on a quarterly pack places additional orders?
A5: Each additional order of 100QV or more will get 2 points; in the scenario that an individual is enrolled early enough in the qualification period that a second Quarterly pack Autoship is processed, the Enroller will receive 6 points for that recurring order.
Q6: Can all members participate? Including the ones that were enrolled before July 1st?
A6: Yes, all members can participate; however, new enrollments will only award points for those enrolled during the qualification period.
Q7: Do I lose points if I cancel or return my order?
A7: Yes, if there is a return, the points will be adjusted.
Q8: If my auto-ship is processed and I decide to make a second purchase in the same month, will I receive points for my auto-ship and my second purchase?
A8: Yes, there will be points for each recurring order above 100QV.
Q9: How can I earn 10 points for my rank advancement?
A9: By achieving a new paid rank during the qualification period, you can obtain points for various rank advancements.
Q10: How can I earn 10 points from my front-line Rank Advancements (first level of their unilevel tree)?
A10: This applies to Personal Enrollments only.
Q11: Do I need to be commission-active during the entire qualification period?
A11: Yes, a Member must be commissioned, qualified and on good terms with the company.
Q12: Where can I see how many achieve points I have?
A12:You may see your earned achieve points in your back office, just follow the following steps:
Press the square with the three lines in the top left corner
Select "business"
Select "downline viewer"
select "achieve report"
