Placement Tree Movement - New Process

Dear Neumi Members, 

We are implementing a new process for placement tree movements to ensure smooth and compliant transitions within the organization. Please follow the updated guidelines below when initiating any placement movement:

1. Submit a Request via Google Form: All requests must be submitted through the following Google Form: Placement Tree Movement Request Form. It's crucial to provide all required details, including the Sponsor, the individual to be moved, and the reason for the transfer (e.g., personal reasons, business strategy), to avoid any delays in the process.

2. Downline Movement Requests: If the request involves moving an entire downline, indicate this in the form. 

3. Next Steps: Once the form is submitted, Compliance will review the request and prepare the Sponsorship (placement) Transfer Form. Compliance will send the appropriate uplines to collect the necessary signatures. 
   
   Note: Compliance uses DocuSign to collect the signatures. 
    

4. Change Fee: Once we have received the completed Sponsorship (Placement) Transfer Form with signatures from all involved uplines, Compliance will process the payment from the member's account. 

We appreciate your cooperation in following this new process. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure efficient and seamless handling of all placement tree movement requests. 

Note: The movements can take up to 30 days.
