Rank Reset RAB Accelerator

We're excited to introduce the Rank Reset RAB Accelerator, a limited-time promotion that gives eligible Members another opportunity to earn an enhanced Rank Advancement Bonus (RAB) as they build their businesses and achieve new milestones.

During this promotion, Members who advance beyond their promotional baseline rank may qualify for a higher 15% Rank Advancement Bonus, instead of the standard 10%.

How the Promotion Works

Before the promotion begins, Neumi will calculate a promotional baseline rank for every eligible Member.

Your promotional baseline is determined by averaging your paid rank from January through June, excluding July.

This promotional baseline is used only to determine eligibility for this promotion. It does not change your:

• Lifetime highest rank
• Career title
• Recognition status
• Permanent rank history

No action is required. Your baseline will be calculated automatically.

Promotion Dates: August 1 – September 30, 2026

Eligible Participants: Active Neumi Members in Good Standing

Promotional Rank Advancement Bonus

During the promotion:

• Standard 10% Rank Advancement Bonus: 

• Promotional 15% Rank Advancement Bonus:

If you achieve a paid rank above your promotional baseline during August or September, you may earn a one-time promotional Rank Advancement Bonus at the increased 15% rate.

Each eligible Member may receive one promotional bonus during this incentive period.

After the promotional payout has been earned, any future rank advancements will follow the standard Compensation Plan and receive the normal 10% Rank Advancement Bonus.

Example

Example:

If your six-month average paid rank is 1 Star, your promotional baseline is 1 Star.

If you achieve 2 Star during August or September, you qualify for the promotional $1,500 Rank Advancement Bonus for that advancement.

If you received a 2-Star bonus in August and then advanced to Diamond in September, you would receive the difference between the Diamond bonus and the 2-Star bonus you had previously received.

Important Information

Please keep the following in mind:

• Your promotional baseline is calculated automatically.
• Your baseline is based on your average paid rank from January through June, excluding July.
• You must exceed your promotional baseline during August or September to qualify.
• Members may earn one promotional Rank Advancement Bonus during this promotion.
• After receiving the promotional bonus, all future Rank Advancement Bonuses return to the standard 10% payout.
• All normal qualification requirements, compliance policies, and commission eligibility rules remain in effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this change my lifetime rank or title?

No. This promotion creates a temporary promotional baseline for incentive purposes only. Your lifetime rank, highest achieved title, and recognition remain unchanged.

Do I need to enroll?

No. Eligible Members are automatically included in the promotion.

How is my promotional baseline calculated?

Your promotional baseline is determined by averaging your paid rank from January through June, excluding July.

Can I earn multiple promotional Rank Advancement Bonuses?

No.

Members may earn one promotional Rank Advancement Bonus during the promotion after advancing above their promotional baseline rank.

After that promotional bonus has been paid, any additional rank advancements will receive the standard Rank Advancement Bonus as outlined in the Compensation Plan.

What happens if I never exceed my promotional baseline?

If your paid rank does not exceed your promotional baseline during August or September, you will not qualify for the promotional Rank Advancement Bonus.

Does this affect future Rank Advancement Bonuses?

No.

Once the promotion ends—or after you've received your promotional payout—all future Rank Advancement Bonuses follow the standard Compensation Plan and are paid at the normal 10% rate.

How can I find out my promotional baseline rank?

Your promotional baseline will be calculated automatically by Neumi. Additional information regarding where Members can view their promotional baseline will be communicated before or during the promotion.
