These are the FAQ's for our Achieve Trip in 2025.
Q1: Can I attend an event outside of my assigned region?
A1: Trips are specific regions assigned.
Q2: What is the difference between the Achieve Trip and the Diamond Retreat?
A2: The Achieve Trip is a training trip for leaders and upcoming leaders. Our Diamond retreat is the result of achieving Diamond Status leadership.
Q3: Can I pay to attend?
A3: No, this is an earned trip based on qualification points.
Q4: What happens if I’ve earned points but not enough to cover costs?
A4: Everyone wins. With just 40 points, you earn a Neumi Branded swag item. If you reach at least 100 points and earn the Transportation Voucher, you can contact events@neumi.com to get detailed information on a possible buy-in option for the hotel.
Q5: Can I bring a plus one?
A5: Yes, as long as you are okay sharing a bed.
Q6: How will I be able to track my earned points?
A6: An individual point tracker is available in your back office.
Q7: Does a recurring order count for a member I enrolled before the qualification period?
A7: No, recurring orders only award points to the Enroller for those enrolled during the qualification period.
Q8: Do I receive points for my personal Autoship?
A8: No, personal orders do not award points for yourself.
Q9: What happens if someone I enrolled on a quarterly pack places additional orders?
A9: Each additional order of 100QV or more will get 2 points; in the scenario that an individual is enrolled early enough in the qualification period that a second Quarterly pack Autoship is processed, the Enroller will receive 6 points for that recurring order.
Q10: Can all members participate? Including the ones that were enrolled before July 1st?
A10: Yes, all members can participate, however new enrollments will only award points for those enrolled during the qualification period.
Q11: Do I lose points if I cancel or return my order?
A11: Yes, if there is a return, the points will be adjusted.
Q12: If my auto-ship is processed and I decide to make a second purchase in the same month, will I receive points for my auto-ship and my second purchase?
A12: Yes, there will be points for each recurring order above 100QV.
Q13: How can I earn 10 points for my rank advancement?
A13: By achieving a new paid rank during the qualification period, you can obtain points for various rank advancements.
Q14: How can I earn 10 points from my front-line Rank Advancements (first level of their unilevel tree)?
A14: This applies to Personal Enrollments only.
Q15: Do I need to be commission-active during the entire qualification period?
A15: Yes, a Member must be commissioned qualified, and on good terms with the company.
