Yes! Once you log in to your Backoffice, please follow the instructions to change the date:
- Click on the three lines in the screen’s upper left-hand corner.
- When you click the three lines, a “Menu” will appear, showing different options. Click where it says “Orders.”
- Once on Orders, go to “Manage Auto Orders,” which will show you the “Auto Order ID” (the order ID means that you have an auto order active). Please go where it says “ Auto Order Delete/ Edit (you will see a small pencil on your right-hand screen).
- Click on Edit (the small pencil) to bring up the “Review Subscription#.” On this part, you must double-check all the information from the “Shipping Details” and “Payment” and save it.
- Since you are changing the date of the subscription, please go to “Subscription Settings”>> “Edit.” This will bring up the options for the frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-Monthly), and you can change the date by clicking on the calendar located above the word “Frequency.” Please choose the date and frequency you want and click “Save.”
- Once you have chosen the date and frequency, please click “Place order” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Clicking on “Place order” will save the changes, but it will not process an order.
