      Diamond Cruise - FAQ's

      The Diamond Cruise FAQ provides essential information for attendees of an upcoming event in The Bahamas.

      Q1- What time is check-in at the hotel on Sunday, October 13th? 
      A1 - 3 pm

      Q2- What time is the check-out from the hotel on Monday, October 14th?
      A2 - 11 am

      Q3- Will a shuttle be from the hotel to the boat port?
      A3- Yes. But you must book this at the front desk at reception when you're checking in. NEUMI will cover this shuttle. We just need you to sign yourself up. We expect all Neumi guests to sign up for the 11:30 am shuttle.

      Q4- In which hotel are we staying from Sunday to Monday?
      A4- We will stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale. 

      Q5- Will NEUMI provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
      A5- No. NEUMI is not responsible for any travel from the airport to the hotel. This is your responsibility.

      Q6- Will there be any NEUMI activities or dinner on Sunday, the 14th?
      A6—No. As everyone is arriving at different times during the day, we will not be having any organized dinners or meetings. Just enjoy your time to relax and get ready for the Cruise the next day!

      Q7- When does the boat depart?
      A7—At 3:30 p.m. on Monday, October 14th, the whole NEUMI team will be expected to be at the port around 11:30 a.m. Remember, the boat will NOT wait for you if you're late, so please plan accordingly and avoid any unnecessary stress. 

      Q8-  Will there be any meetings during the cruise?
      A8—Yes. We will have a two-hour meeting on Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at THE THEATRE.

      Q9-  Will there be a recognition meeting?
      A9—Yes! Dress your best for our recognition meeting on Thursday from 6 pm to 8 pm.

      Q10- Are there excursions?
      A10- Yes,  but the only group with a paid excursion by NEUMI has been notified. If you did not receive an email, then you did not qualify for the paid excursion.
