We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve transitioned to our new shipping facility in the Netherlands! This move brings enhanced shipping options that provide you with more flexibility and better rates.

What’s Changing?

  • Freedom to Choose: Based on your feedback, you can now choose between express and economy shipping options!

  • More Shipping Options: Most locations will now have multiple shipping methods available, allowing you to save on costs and choose your delivery timeframe.

  • Product Update: We're excited to let you know that Neuro is now available for shipping, so feel free to include it in your next order!

  • Improved Tracking: Enjoy enhanced tracking capabilities for easier and more accurate package monitoring.

For AutoShip Customers:

All auto-ship orders will default to Express Shipping for quick delivery. If you prefer to switch to a standard shipping method, please follow these steps:

For Members:

  1. Log in to your account on the Back Office.
  2. Navigate to “My Orders.”
  3. Click on “Manage Auto Orders.”
  4. Select the pencil icon to edit your auto-order.
  5. Click “Edit” under the shipping methods.
  6. Choose your preferred shipping method.

For Customers:

  1. Go to Neumi.com.
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. Click on your profile icon.
  4. Select “Auto Orders.”
  5. Click “Edit.”
  6. Choose your preferred shipping method.

Both Express & Standard Available:

  • Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland

Express Only:

  • Cyprus, Canary Islands (Spain), Israel, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Martinique, Malta, French Polynesia, Réunion Island

Standard Only:

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
