How can I cancel my Neumi subscription as a customer?

  1. To cancel an autoship as a customer, please visit your sponsors website and login with your username or email address and password. 
  2. Once you are logged in, please select the icon on the top right and select “auto orders”.

  3. Once you are on the auto orders page, please select the “cancel” button to cancel your  autoship.
