How can I create a member account without purchasing a product?
Once you log in to your Backoffice, please follow the instructions:
- Go to your Marketing Sites>> Marketing Site Link*
- Click on your Marketing site link to be redirected to Neumi’s website.
- Once you’re in, please click where it says “Join” or “Start your Neumi Business,” and it will show a section that says, “You are enrolling with” (on this section, you, as a member, need to be sure that it says your name).
- Click where it says, “Continue to Enrollment,” and you will be taken to the shop. To continue the process, you must choose at least one product to add to the cart (do not click on “Add to Auto Order.”)
- Once the product is on your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.” It will take you to the final step.
- “Shipping details” is the final step in enrolling the person interested in the product. Please fill out all the sections with the information of the person who wants to become a member. In the section "Your Referral Code," you must enter the Web Alias your new customer wants to use. The same goes for the password(you will need to save the information in each section). Once you have finished everything, please click “Proceed to Payment”**.
*If you do not want to create an account, you can share your replicated site with someone interested in the business. They must follow the steps mentioned above (starting from point 3).
**The order won’t be processed because a payment method has not been entered. However, clicking “Proceed to Payment” will save the information and create the member account.
