How do I cancel my Neumi subscription as a member?

  1. To cancel an autoship as a member, please login to your back office at office.neumi.com.

  2. . Once you are logged in, please select the three lines in the top left corner then select “orders” then “manage auto orders”.

  3. That will bring you to the autoship page where you can see your autoship. On the far right side of the screen you will see a garbage bin. To cancel your autoship, please select the garbage bin and confirm the cancellation of your autoship.”
