How do I change the products on my subscription?

Once you log in to your Backoffice, please follow the instructions to change the item:

  1. Click on the three lines in the screen’s upper left-hand corner.



  2. When you click the three lines, a “Menu” will appear, showing different options. Click where it says “Orders.”

  3. Once on Orders, click on “Manage Auto Orders,” which will show you the “Auto Order ID” (the order ID means that you have an auto order active). Please go where it says “ Auto Order Delete/ Edit (you will see a small pencil on your right-hand screen).



  4. Click on Edit (the small pencil) to bring up the “Review Subscription#” section. Then click “Add more items” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and you will be taken to the shop. To continue the process, you must choose the product you want in your subscription.


  5. Once you have the product, go to your cart and click on “Checkout.” You will be redirected to the “Review Subscription#” section. In this section, you must double-check all the information from the “Shipping Details,” “Payment,” and “Subscription Settings.”




  6. If everything looks correct, please go to the last part, “Subscription,” where you will see the items you currently have in your subscription (the new and the old ones). Therefore, you must remove the item you do not want. Once you remove it, go to “Place Order” to save all the changes.
