How do I return an order I don’t want?

Neumi offers a 100% return policy on items returned in marketable condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All Member and Customer orders purchased directly from Neumi must be returned to Neumi at the Member’s/ Customer’s expense. 


  1. You must contact Customer Service for instructions on where to return the order because the addresses can vary depending on your location. 
  2. Please ensure all the products are in marketable condition (unopened and unused). 
  3. Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we will process your return within 3 business days of the delivery to our warehouse. If your order is returned within the 30-day return policy and is returned in marketable condition, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used. Once the refund is issued, you can expect the refund to hit your account within 5-7 business days. 

*Orders returned outside of the 30-day return policy do not qualify for reimbursement or replacement. Please contact us before sending your order back.
