- You must contact Customer Service to request your refund.
- Rest assured, the agent will personally contact our Refunds Department to request your refund for the canceled or returned order.
- Our refund process could take between 24 - 48 business hours.
- Once the refund is processed, you can expect the refund to hit your account within 5-7 business days*.
*If you wish to track your refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department so they can provide you with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). This number will be available after two or three business of issuing the refund.
Neumi Wallet/ i-Payout
- You must contact Customer Service to request your refund.
- Rest assured, the agent will personally contact our Refunds Department to request your refund on the order that was cancelled or returned.
- Our refund process could take between 24 - 48 business hours.
- Once the refund is processed, you will see it immediately in your wallet.
