NFR stands for Not For Resale. Products in the NFR market are intended for personal consumption only and cannot be resold.

What products are available in the Japan NFR market?

The following Neumi products are available for purchase in the Japan NFR market:

    • Neumi Skin
    • Nutriswish
    • Neuro

Is the shipping and fuel surcharge fee included in the price?

  • No, shipping and fuel surcharge fees are calculated separately and added during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept all major credit cards, including JCB cards.

Are there any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges?

  • No, as we have limited the order quantity to under 10,000 JPY, which qualifies for duty-free import under Japanese customs regulations.

Is there a maximum order limit for the Japan NFR market?

  • Yes, to avoid customs duties,  we have limited the order quantity to no more than two bottles per order.

Can I use someone else’s address or phone number for NFR shipments?

  • No. As per Japanese personal import regulations, customers must use their own name, address, and phone number when placing orders. Using third-party details is prohibited.

Can I ship NFR items to a business address?

  • No, NFR shipments can only be sent to a personal residential address. Shipping to company addresses or business entities is not allowed.

Can I place multiple orders to be shipped on the same day?

  • No, Only one order per day is allowed per recipient. If multiple orders are placed, they will be shipped on separate days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it shipped?

  • No, once the order is shipped, packages cannot be stopped, rerouted, or forwarded

What is the estimated shipping time frame?

  • Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping address.

What happens if there are issues with customs or delivery?

  • Customs may conduct random inspections, causing a 1-day delay.
  • Undelivered packages will be stored for one week. After that, they will be disposed of if unclaimed within one month.

Can the package be forwarded to another address in Japan after shipment?

  • No, packages cannot be forwarded to another address or individual until they reach the final delivery destination.
