Neumi Customer Acquisition Program FAQs

Q1: How many trial packs can I buy? 

There is a limit of 1 trial pack per customer.

 

Q2: Can I add the trial pack to an auto-ship? 

No, since the trial pack is limited to 1 trial pack per customer, it is not available for auto-ship.

 

Q3: Where can I find my Customer Acquisition Program link? 

You may find your trial pack link in your Neumi app.

You must login to your Neumi app and go to the tab that says “share” and the customer acquisition program link will be the first thing to come up, just click on the picture of the customer acquisition program and then click on the blue button that says "share link". 

 

Q4: When does the Customer Acquisition Program end? 

At the moment, there is no end date to the customer acquisition program. If/when an end date is decided,  an announcement will be sent out. 

 

Q5: Can I switch the products on the trial pack?

No, this is a fixed pack and it cannot be modified. 

 

Q6: When will the Customer Acquisition Program be available in other countries?

For the time being, the customer acquisition program will only be available in the United States and Canada. If it opens up in other countries, an announcement will be made to the field. 

 

Q7: Will I have a Customer Acquisition Program link even if I live outside of the U.S and Canada?

Yes, even if you are outside of the U.S and Canada you will still have a link to share with new enrolling customers in the U.S and Canada.

 

Q8: Does the trial pack qualify for the 30 day customer guarantee? 

No, the trial pack does not qualify for the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. 

 

Q9: Is the trial pack available to members?

No, the trial pack is only available for customers. Members have what's called the "Member mini pack" which includes 2 Nutriswish sample bottles, 1 Neumi skin sample bottle, and 1 Neuro sample bottle for $65 USD.
