Based on your feedback, we’re delaying Paymenture’s sunset and launching a built-in Neumi E-Wallet with fewer fees, fewer log-ins, and instant transfers to PayQuicker, all inside your Back Office.
Because you told us what matters—fewer fees, fewer log-ins, and everything in one place—we’re pivoting again to improve the Neumi experience. We’re temporarily pausing the final Paymenture shutdown and rolling out a brand-new Neumi E-Wallet that lives right where you work every day: the Neumi Back Office.
Important Updates
- Paymenture shutdown delayed – We’re keeping Paymenture open a little longer while we finish your new Neumi E-Wallet.
- Neumi E-Wallet widget goes live in the first week of May 2025 – You’ll see a new Back-Office widget that displays your balance and allows you to transfer money to PayQuicker instantly. We'll notify you once this is live.
- April commissions paid to the Neumi E-Wallet – Your April earnings (deposited the first week of May 2025) will be the first payouts routed into the new wallet. April 14-20 Weekly Commissions were the last to be paid directly through PayQuicker.
- Why another change? – You asked for fewer fees, simpler transfers, and one spot to manage money. The Neumi E-Wallet delivers that, while still allowing you to transfer funds to PayQuicker if you prefer its virtual card and other benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why switch again so soon?
We heard your feedback: fewer steps, no transfer fees, and one spot to manage money. The Neumi E-Wallet gives you all of that and still lets you use PayQuicker’s virtual and physical card perks if you want them.
Do I need to register for the new wallet?
No. Your Neumi E-Wallet is created automatically. Just log in and use the wallet widget in your Back Office Dashboard.
Are there Neumi E-Wallet fees?
Inside the Neumi E-Wallet: no transfer fees, no maintenance fees. The only charge is the standard inactivity fee, which remains unchanged.
Will I still need my PayQuicker account?
Yes, if you want its virtual card or other features, or to initiate bank transfers. All commissions will be deposited into your Neumi E-Wallet first; transferring money to PayQuicker is optional and free.
What about i-Payout users?
No change—commissions will continue to be deposited into i-Payout.
When will Paymenture finally shut down?
After the Neumi E-Wallet is fully live and stable. We will provide ample notice before the final sunset and transfer any remaining Paymenture balances to your new Neumi E-Wallet.
