Neumi Product Frequently Asked Questions.
Q1: Are your products vegan?
A1: We currently have four products in our company. Neumiskin, Nutriswish and Hers.
Only our Nutriswish product is Vegan.
Q2: Can I take X product to help with X condition?
A2: Neumi cannot make medical or product recommendations for your condition. It is against the law for dietary supplement companies to recommend products for any medical condition. However, if you’d like to try X product, we recommend taking it to your doctor, letting them know you’d like to try it, and asking your doctor to monitor your condition for improvements over time. This works well with most physicians, as the physician doesn’t have to know much about the product, and it is the responsibility of your physician to monitor your condition. That way, they can monitor improvements you may see while taking Neumi products, and you can take the products you’d like to use.
Q3: Do your products have an expiration date?
A3: Our products are generally considered expired two years after their manufacture date or 30-45 days after being opened. The expiration date is located at the bottom of the bottle. However, if the NutriSwish was stored cool and dry, it is not unsafe and can still be taken, but its potency goes down over time, so you may experience different benefits.
Q5: Can anyone take the product?
A5: The NutriSwish, HERS, and Neuro cannot be used by individuals under 18, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.
Q6: Can I take your products while breastfeeding?
A6: We recommend you talk to your doctor about whether it would be safe to take our products or any supplements simultaneously. If you need the ingredients list, check out your Back Office under Documents and Media or email support@neumi.com, and we can provide you with the information you need.
Q7: Where does the collagen in Neumi skin originate from?
A7: Our collagen is derived from marine sources, specifically fish.
Q8: Can I have the amount or how much of X ingredient is in your product?
A8: We have several ingredients in our proprietary blends, and we do not give out the amounts to protect our intellectual property. If you need to know the amount of an ingredient in our proprietary blends due to medical reasons or a request from your physician, send an email to support@neumi.com
Q9: How much caffeine does the Neuro contain?
A9: Our Neuro contains seven milligrams per serving.
Q10: What happens if I receive my product and it is extremely hot or frozen?
A10: Neumi products should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, which may reduce their effectiveness. If you receive a product where the bottles feel excessively hot (above 120°F) or if the product has been frozen, please contact our customer service team for guidance on how to proceed.
Q11: What do I do if I experience a negative reaction to the product?
We sincerely apologize if you experience a negative reaction from our products. In the event of this happening, please contact us as soon as possible. It is important to us that we are aware of what happened so we will need to ask you a few questions in regards to your reaction. You may call us at 385-429-6122 so we can take care of the situation and ask those questions about the reaction. If you are not able to call in, please email us at support@neumi.com and we can arrange a time for us to give you a call because this is a matter that needs to be taken care of over the phone.
Q12: If I don't swish the product, and just swallow it straight away, will the results not be as strong?
You will still see results, but the results may vary due to not swishing it for at least 30 seconds. Due to that, we recommend you swish the product at least 30 seconds for the best results.
Q13: Why isn't my product lasting me 30 days?
We recommend you take 2 teaspoons every day in total in order for the product to last the full 30 days. Please keep in mind that one capful is 1 teaspoon so if you are measuring by the cap of the bottle, it will be 2 caps every day. If you are measuring the product with the clear cup that comes with the bottle, you will drink only one clear cup per day since the cup measures out to 2 teaspoons. If you would like to drink more than the recommended amount, you may, just keep in mind it won’t last the full 30 days.
Q14: Can I take more than one of the products at once?
Please do not take more than one of the products in one same dosage. If you would like to take more than one product every day, you may, however please space out the dosages so that you don't consume it all at once.
It is recommended to wait about 2-3 hours in between dosages.
Q15: Where can I find the lot number of the bottle?
You may locate the lot number of the bottle you have by looking at the bottom of the bottle and the lot number will be located at its base.
