Being inactive entails not having an active order for more than 60 days, it does not count those that have an auto-ship scheduled at that time frame or longer.
Q: Do the members/customers that get reactivated have to be in my first line?
Yes.
Q: Do I have to purchase a certain amount of products in order to qualify?
Yes, you need to order a minimum of 2 full size bottles which gives you a volume of 100, this applies to both customers and members.
Q: What is the maximum number of trios someone can activate and receive this bonus?
There is no limit.
Q: Can the trios be a mix of customers and members?
Yes!
Q: Will the bonuses get paid in the monthly or weekly commissions?
It will get paid on the monthly commissions.
Q: Does dynamic compression apply in this promo?
No it does not.
Q: How do I know which members/customers are inactive and qualify me for this promo?
You may find you inactive customers/members in your back office. Please start by logging in to your back office and press the menu on the top left corner, then press "Customer Retention"
Q: If I had a quarterly order in my autoship in March, will I get the 20% back in reward points this month because the order splits in 3 months?
No, the autoship order needs to be placed in the month of April in order to qualify for the 20% back in reward points.
Q: Once I complete one of my trios for the $5o bonus, will that reflect right away on my projected commissions or will it reflect at the end of the month?
Once you have completed one of your trios, it will automatically reflect on your April 2025 projected commissions.
Q: How soon after my autoship processes should I expect to see the 20% back in reward points?
You can expect to see the 20% back in reward points as soon as your autoship order processes.
Q: What does "opportunity score" mean on the Customer Retention Report?
The opportunity score is a percentage of how likely it is that they will reactivate. This number is based on how much they have spent on Neumi products and the likelihood of them placing a new order.
