Reward Points FAQs

Q1: How many points do I need to have to redeem them?

In order to redeem your reward points, you need to have a minimum of 50 points which equals 1 free bottle. 

 

Q2: Can I use my reward points for the Member Mini Pack or trial pack?

Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your reward points with the member mini pack or trial pack. 

 

Q3: Can I add my reward points order to my auto-ship? 

Reward points orders need to be their own individual order since it is being paid with reward points, so no, it cannot be added to an auto-ship.

 

Q4: Do I receive volume from my reward points order?

Due to the fact that you are receiving this product for free with your reward points, it does not generate volume. 

 

Q5: If I accumulate a large amount of points, can I redeem them on a quarterly/premium pack? 

The reward points are meant to only be redeemed with individual bottles, so unfortunately they cannot be redeemed with a pack. 

 

Q6: Where can I see my reward point balance? 

You can see your reward points balance in your back office towards the bottom of the home page where it says :reward points balance". 

 

Q7: Do reward points expire? 

Yes, reward points do expire. The reward points expire exactly one year after the order date.

For example: if I place an auto-ship order on January 24th, 2025 my points from that order, if not used, will expire on January 24th, 2026. 

 

Q8: How can I get reward points? 

You will only receive reward points from your auto-ship orders, so every time an auto-ship order processes, you will receive reward points for that order. 

 

Q9: Can I transfer my reward points to someone else? 

No, reward points cannot be transferred. 

 

Q10: How many reward points do I get from my auto-ship?

You receive 10 reward points for every $100 spent on product.

If you spend less than $100 on product, you will still get reward points. For example: if you get 1 bottle on auto-ship, you would get 5 reward points since the bottle costs $50. 

 

Q11: Can I redeem my points for a PRP presentation pack? 

No, you can only redeem the reward points with individual bottles. 

 

Q12: Do I have to pay shipping on my reward points order?

Yes, you are in charge of paying for the shipping for your reward points order and any tax that is charged from the product. The reward points only cover the cost of the product, the tax and shipping is the customer/members responsibility.

The tax and shipping cost can be paid with your commissions if you'd like, you can pay with your Neumi wallet/i-Payout/PayQuicker. 

 

Q13: Why do I have to pay the tax and shipping on my reward points order?

Please note that while your reward points cover the cost of the product, you'll still need to pay for tax and shipping. Tax is required based on the laws in your city, state, or country. The reward points can't cover the shipping cost because you're already receiving the product for free.
