Important Update: Delays in Order Deliveries for Select Countries

We wanted to let you know about an unexpected delay affecting orders destined to our European markets. Despite our efforts to ensure timely deliveries, certain logistical challenges beyond our control have impacted our regular schedule. Here is the information of the delays: 

Country Specification 
Belgium Delays expected due to National stike on April 29th for parcels to and transiting through this country.
Israel  Collection options are not available for shipments to Eilat. Eventual delays expected due to the security situation in Israel. 
Occasional delays of 1 working day seen.Occasional delays of 1 business day are seen.
France Delays expected due to nationwide power outage on April 28th in Spain, France (at Spanish border) and Portugal which has paralyzed in some regions infrastructure, communications, train stations and airports. Delay expected for parcel to and transiting through this destination.
Germany Occasional delay of 1 working day seen in the network.
Italy Possible delays in and around the Vatican due to business related to upcoming papal conclave and Jubilee (important Catholic year) throughout 2025.
Occasional delay of 1 working day seen in the network.
Portugal Delays of 1-2 working days are seen at the moment due to backlog from easter, national holiday (April 25th) and the nationwide power outage of April 28th in Spain, France (at Spanish border)and Portugal which has paralyzed in some regions infrastructure, communications, train stations and airports.
