Trademarks and Copyrights.
Neumi owns the rights to its brand names and trademarks, including “Neumi,” “Swish,” “NutriSwish,” and others. Associates have limited permission to use these trademarks in their promotional activities while they are active with the company. If the Associate’s Agreement ends, this permission also ends, and they must stop using Neumi's trademarks. Associates cannot use Neumi trademarks or similar names in emails, websites, or social media handles unless Neumi’s name is not the first part. On social media, Associates must disclose their status as "Neumi Independent Associates."
