What do I do if I haven't received my commission?

If you are missing a commission, please reach out to our customer service team and they will contact our commissions team. You may also directly email our commissions department directly at commissions@neumi.com. 

Please keep in mind that if it is an order from a member that has been enrolled for more than 30 days, the commission will be paid out the following month on the 5th. If the order is from a member that has been enrolled for less than 30 days or a customer, the commission will be paid the following Friday. 

Please make sure that you were active to receive the commissions. If you were inactive, the commission will not be paid. 

 

*Note: It may take about 3-5 business days for our commissions team to investigate this depending on the matter that is being looked at.
