What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you received your product and it is damaged, please contact Customer Service for assistance. 

  1. As soon as you open your package, please leave it as you found it, and take pictures of the damage. Your role in documenting the damage is crucial. Take pictures of all sides and damages to your product.
  2. Contact Customer Service with your pictures and order number. You can reach out to Customer Service via WhatsApp, email, or phone call. Customer Service will review your order and replace the products if necessary.
