When should I contact compliance instead of customer service?

There are a few things that customer service is no longer in charge of doing and these matters should be taken to our compliance team. Here are some examples of when something should be taken with compliance instead of customer service:

  1. If you or a member under you enrolls under the incorrect sponsor or no sponsor 
  2. In order to do any tree movement before or after the 30 days of enrollment
  3. If you want to change from member to customer 
  4. If you want to change the name on your account
