Please follow the next steps to view your order history and track shipments:
- Log in to your Back Office.
- Once you are in, go to “Product Sales” and click on the order number under “Order ID.” The invoice for your order will pop up.
- You will find the tracking number in your invoice in the upper right-hand.
OR
- Log in to your Back Office.
- Click on the three lines in the screen’s upper left-hand corner.
- When you click the three lines, a “Menu” will appear, showing different options. Click where it says “Orders.”
- Once on Orders, go to Order History, which will show you all the orders you have placed and their tracking numbers. If you need more details about your order, click on the order number, and the invoice for your order will pop up.
Note: If you have not received your tracking number within three business days of placing the order, please contact our Customer Service.
