The monthly commission goes from the first to last day of the month. If your business snapshot shows an X on “monthly commission qualified” that means that you haven’t placed an order this month. Once you place your 100 vol (or more) order as a one time order or auto-ship, it will show a check mark on that section of the business snapshot showing that you are now monthly commission qualified.
The weekly commission qualification period is from the order date up to 30 days after the order was placed. That means that the order will keep you qualified for 30 days for the weekly commission, once those 30 days are up, you need to place another order if you want to be active to receive commissions.
For example, your order was placed on January 15th, you will be active until 30 days after that date for the weekly commissions.
