What Can I Do & Don’t?

Product Claims

Product claims, whether direct, indirect, or implied, directly violate Neumi policy. Neumi products cannot be promoted as preventing, curing, or treating any medical condition, disease, illness, or injury. Please remember that Neumi products are intended to supplement the body. 
 

Do’s

• Promote/Support/Maintain
• Supports a healthy immune system
• Support healthy immune function
• Give your body the power to be strong
• Give your body the support to stay healthy and strong
• As your body works hard to keep up with seasonal changes, sometimes your immune system can get tired by working overtime. Give it the support it needs. 

Words you CAN use: Support, maintain, keep, etc 

Don’ts

• “Neumi cured my diabetes and got rid of my inflammation.”
• “Take Neumi, and your migraines go away.”
• “I’m off two prescription medications since taking Neumi.” 
• “Neumi prevents (or mitigates) cancer and diabetes.”
• “Neumi helped me with my depression and anxiety.”

Words you CAN’T use: Improve, help, cure, prevent, mitigate, make better, etc

Ask yourself this question: “Does what I’m saying sound curative, preventive, mitigating, make something go from unhealthy to healthy, etc.?” 

If YES, then the statement CANNOT be used.
