We are implementing system improvements to better manage accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. These updates will allow us to efficiently process the termination of accounts that meet our inactivity criteria.

Under this policy, accounts that have been inactive for over six (6) consecutive months, with no orders placed and no commissions earned, may be subject to termination.
Phased Termination Approach
To ensure a smooth transition, account terminations will occur in phases:
- Accounts inactive since 2021
- Followed by 2022
- Then 2023
- And finally 2024
This phased approach allows for an organized and systematic cleanup of inactive accounts.
Downline Compression
In cases where a terminated account has an existing downline, the system will dynamically compress the organization. This means the downline will move up to the next active enroller or sponsor, ensuring continuity within the network.
Customer Accounts Included
Please note that this process applies to all account types, including customer accounts that meet the inactivity criteria.
