As we approach one of the busiest times of the year, we want to help you plan ahead and set the right expectations for your Neumi orders.
Due to increased holiday shopping, seasonal events, and higher parcel volumes, delivery delays may occur from late October through December and may extend into January 2027.
While Neumi and our shipping partners are taking steps to keep orders moving as smoothly as possible, some delays may be outside of our control.
Why might deliveries take longer?
Several major shopping and holiday events can significantly increase parcel volumes across shipping networks, including:
- Black Friday: November 27, 2026
- Cyber Monday: November 30, 2026
- Sinterklaas: December 5, 2026
- Christmas: December 25–26, 2026
In addition to increased holiday demand, shipping times may also be affected by carrier capacity, transportation schedules, warehouse closures, and holiday closures at transit hubs.
Unexpected events such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, or strikes may also cause additional delays.
🎁 Ordering for Christmas? Plan ahead!
If you are ordering products as holiday gifts or need your order by Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible.
For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Thursday, December 10, 2026.
Please keep in mind that December 10 is a recommended ordering date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing may still be affected by circumstances within the carrier's network.

If you know you will need your products for the holidays:
Don't wait until the last minute—order early!
Ordering ahead can help provide additional time in case your shipment experiences an unexpected delay.
