How can I add my card information to my back office?

1. To add in your card information on file, please visit our website office.neumi.com and login to your back office. 

   

2. Once you are logged in and on the home page, please select the drop down arrow next to your name on the top right corner. Once that is selected, select “settings”
   
3. Once you’re on the settings page, scroll to the bottom until you find the section that says “ Payment” and on the far right you will find where it says “add new card”
   
4. Select “add new card” then add all of the required information and select “save” that will save your card information to your account. 
   

*If you are experiencing any difficulties adding the card on file, feel free to reach out to our customer service team via phone call. We cannot receive card information via email, WhatsApp, webchat, or text message so this would need to be done via phone call.
