New Back Office Login Update

We are pleased to announce a new update to the Back Office login process. Members now have two convenient ways to access their accounts:

1. Login using an authentication code sent to their email address
2. Login using their username and password

Option 1: Login with Authentication Code

To receive an authentication code, members must enter the email address registered with the company and click Continue.

After clicking Continue, a verification window will appear where members can enter the authentication code sent to their email.

Please note:

• Members must use the email address registered with the company.
• The authentication code is valid for 5 minutes only.

Option 2: Login with Username and Password

If members prefer to log in using their username and password, they can click the option labeled “Login with Password” as shown in the image below.

This will redirect them to the standard login page where they can enter their username and password as usual.
