To Our Neumi Field,
We want to take a moment to explain why we made the decision to move from the Rank Reset promotion into the Power of 3 Blitz for September.
When we originally announced the Rank Reset promotion, we communicated that it would run through September 30. We understand that changing direction from that original announcement created frustration for some of you. For that, we are sorry.
August was an incredible month, but it also resulted in Neumi paying out the highest amount ever paid. Even without promotions, incentives, reward trips, etc., Neumi already pays an average of approximately 53% of revenue back to the field each month.
Once we had the final August numbers, it became clear that repeating that same structure for another month would not be a responsible long-term decision. So we adjusted.
There is also an important strategy behind where we are focusing in September.
We believe there are 3 R’s to building a healthy, sustainable Neumi business: Rank, Recruit, and Retain.
August was heavily focused on Rank. It created excitement, helped people stretch toward new levels, and showed what is possible when an organization rallies around advancement.
September is about Recruiting.
Recruiting brings new energy into an organization. It creates new customers, new distributors, new relationships, and ultimately creates the foundation for future rank advancement and retention. That is why we chose to shift our promotional focus to the Power of 3 Blitz this month.
This change was not about taking opportunity away from the field. It was about taking what we learned in August, making a responsible decision for the long-term strength of Neumi, and directing our energy toward another critical part of building a healthy business.
We remain incredibly committed to rewarding our distributors aggressively while also protecting the strength and longevity of the company.
August was about Rank.
September is about Recruit.
And everything we are building is designed to help you Retain and grow for the long term.
