🛒 Ordering Guidelines

Requirement	Japan NFR Guideline
Maximum order quantity	No more than 2 bottles per order
Maximum quantity per product	No more than 4 bottles of each product within a 2-month period per customer
Orders per day	1 order per recipient per day
Shipping address	Personal residential address only
Recipient information	Customer's own name, address, and phone number
Business address	Not permitted
Resale	Not permitted

Important: Japan NFR purchases are intended for personal use only. Customers may not use another person's identity or address for their shipment.

💳 Payment & Fees

Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted, including JCB.

Shipping & Fuel Surcharge
Shipping and fuel surcharge fees are not included in the product price. They are calculated separately and added during checkout.

Customs & Taxes
Orders are limited to quantities intended to remain under the applicable 10,000 JPY threshold, according to the current Japan NFR guidelines.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Customs inspection: Random customs inspections may cause approximately a 1-day delay.
Residential delivery only: Packages cannot be shipped to company or business addresses.
One order per day: If multiple orders are placed for the same recipient, they will be shipped on separate days.

Address Changes & Forwarding

Once an order has shipped:

The package cannot be stopped, rerouted, or forwarded.
The package cannot be forwarded to another address or individual before reaching its final delivery destination.
Customers should carefully verify their name, address, and phone number before completing checkout.

📦 Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered:

The package will be held for one week.
If it remains unclaimed, it may be disposed of according to the applicable delivery process.
