OTG (On-the-Ground) means Neumi products are locally available in Taiwan for the Taiwan market. Orders are fulfilled within the local warehouse and are subject to applicable Taiwan requirements.

Shipping

Shipping and fuel surcharge fees are not included in the product price. They are calculated separately and added during checkout.

Taxes

A 5% sales tax is added to the order total at checkout in accordance with Taiwan tax requirements.

After Making a Bank Deposit

After completing your bank deposit:

1. Complete the Taiwan Bank Deposit Form.
2. Upload your bank slip or proof of payment.
3. Neumi Taiwan will review and process your payment.

Processing time: Once the required payment information is received, the order will be processed on the next business day.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time:
Typically 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping address.

Customers should ensure that their shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting the order.

⚠️ Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been placed:

• Orders cannot be canceled.
• Orders cannot be modified.
