OTG (On-the-Ground) means Neumi products are locally available in Indonesia for the Indonesia market. Orders are fulfilled within the local Indonesia warehouse and are subject to applicable Indonesian requirements.

🛒 Ordering Guidelines

Shipping

Shipping is included in the order total. No additional shipping charge will be added.

Taxes

An 11% sales tax is added to the total order amount at checkout in accordance with Indonesian tax requirements.

Payment Methods

Neumi Indonesia accepts:

• Credit Card — Securely pay for your order using your credit card.
• Bank Deposit — Select bank deposit at checkout and complete the payment within 7 days of placing your order.

When making a bank deposit, please include your order number on the payment slip or in the payment reference field.

Bank Deposit Exchange Rate

For bank deposit payments, the applicable conversion rate is:

1 USD = 17,000 Indonesian Rupiah

After Making a Bank Deposit

After completing your bank deposit:

1. Make sure your order number is included in the payment details or reference field.
2. Send the bank slip or proof of payment to dukungan@neumi.com.
3. Include your order number in the email subject or body.
4. Your payment can then be matched to your order.

Bank Deposit Deadline

Bank deposits must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.

If payment is not received within 7 days, the system will automatically void the order. You may place a new order if you still wish to purchase the products.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 3–10 days, depending on the shipping address.
• Shipping is included in the order total.
• Orders are fulfilled for delivery within Indonesia.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been placed:

• The order cannot be canceled.
• The order cannot be modified.
