Paymenture to PayQuicker Commission Migration – April 2025

Starting April 1, 2025, Neumi will transition all commission payouts from Paymenture to PayQuicker. After this date, Paymenture will no longer be used for commission payments.

This change affects only users currently receiving commissions through Paymenture. i-Payout users will not be affected and do not need to take any action. If you do not wish to migrate to PayQuicker, you may request an i-Payout be created for you by contacting Neumi customer service.

What You Need to Do

1. Commission Payments – No Action Required if Registered

• If you have already completed PayQuicker registration, all future commission payments will be sent to your PayQuicker account automatically. No action is required for your commissions.
• If you have not yet registered, please check your email for an official PayQuicker invitation and complete your account setup as soon as possible. If you haven’t received the email, contact customer service for a new invitation.

2. Auto Orders Using Paymenture as Payment Method

• If you have an active auto order set up with Paymenture, it will be automatically switched to PayQuicker starting April 28 if you do not manually update your payment method before then.
• To prevent order delays, we recommend updating your auto order payment method as soon as possible.

3. Withdrawing Funds from Paymenture

• We strongly recommend that you withdraw or spend any remaining funds in Paymenture before April 28 to ensure a smooth transition.
• Between April 28 – 30, Paymenture will be fully disabled, and Neumi will migrate remaining balances to PayQuicker.

4. Watch for Phishing Scams

• PayQuicker will never ask for sensitive information via email. If you receive an email that looks suspicious or asks for personal details, do not click any links or share information.
• If you are unsure about an email, contact your sponsor or customer service for verification before taking action.
