Q1: How can I sign up to use PayQuicker?

Members who have received commissions in the past 90 days will receive an invitation from PayQuicker to create an account. All they have to do is follow the steps to create the account, and it will be ready to use.

Q2: Is the physical card available in all countries?

Here’s the list of countries where physical cards are available:

Q3: If I have an old PayQuicker account, will I use it, or will I need to create a new account? 

Even if you have an old PayQuicker account, you will not be able to return to it. You will need to create a new account because we, Neumi, changed member ID numbers around April 2024. 


Q4: Is there a maintenance fee with PayQuicker?  

Yes, there is a monthly maintenance fee of $1.50. 


Q5: Will there be a dormancy fee if my PayQuicker account is inactive for a certain period?

Monthly Service Fee (for accounts inactive greater than 120 days) Month/Year USD 5.00. 


Q6: Do I need a certain minimum balance to transfer my funds? 

Depending on the country's fee, it is recommended to have at least enough balance to cover the transfer fee. All country fees are available on the PayQuicker back office for all countries.


Q7:  Why do my commissions show as “pending” in my account? 

If a payment from Neumi shows as "pending transactions," it means that it is being processed and will be deposited into your PayQuicker account in a few minutes. 


Q8: When I get the physical card, do I need to constantly transfer the funds to it, or will they automatically be sent to my PayQuicker physical card? 

You will need to transfer your funds every time a commission gets paid out; the funds will not transfer automatically. 


Q9: Do I need a minimum balance to request a physical card?  

For the USA, the card issuance fee is $4.68, and for other countries, it is $3.55.


Q10: When I switch to PayQuicker, will my funds from my Neumi wallet/i-Payout automatically transfer?  

No, your funds will not automatically transfer to your new PayQuicker account. To transfer your funds, please contact Neumi customer service. 

*Please note that it can take a few days for your commissions to be transferred from your old wallet to PayQuicker. This is a manual transfer done by a customer service supervisor. 


Q11: Can I call customer service if I’m having trouble setting up my bank account information?

Unfortunately, Neumi customer service cannot help you set up your bank information because they cannot receive that kind of personal information from you. If you would like, you may contact PayQuicker customer service. 


Q12: Can my commissions get paid to two (2) different wallets? 

No, the commissions can only be paid to one (1) wallet because there can only be one primary wallet account. 

 

Q13: Does PayQuicker offer service in multiple languages?

Yes, PayQuicker offers service in more than 10 languages including:

English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Bulgarian, Czech, and more! 

 

Phone Support Languages:  English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Mandarin.

Chats and tickets offer support in any language!

 

Q14: How long does it take for PayQuicker to generate the details of the virtual card?

The virtual card information will show up almost immediately after clicking on "use my virtual card" 


Q15: Is there any fee for the virtual card?

No, the card is free to use. 


Q16: How can I contact PayQuicker support?

PayQuicker is very easy to get in contact with due to their multiple forms of communication. You may contact them via phone, email, webchat, and help articles.

Q17: Does PayQuicker offer any cryptocurrencies?

No, PayQuicker does not offer any cryptocurrencies.


Q18: Can I transfer funds to other members in the company?

Yes, PayQuicker does offer an option to transfer funds to other members in the company, just make sure that you have them added as a contact. 

Q19: Is there over the phone customer service to PayQuicker in other countries?

Yes, PayQuicker does have alternative phone numbers in other countries.

 Q20: Can I return to Paymenture if I do not like the Payquicker system? 

Unfortunately, no. Paymenture is no longer an option as a wallet. In this case, if you would like to change wallets, we have the I-Payout option.

Q21:  Is there a limit to how much money I can transfer?

Yes, there is a $300 transfer limit per day when doing P2P transfers. If it is a bank transfer, there is no limit. 

 

Q22: Can my sponsor or downline see my balance?

No, only you can see your balance.

 

Q23: If I am having a hard time transferring my funds to another member, can I call Neumi customer service for help?

Unfortunately Neumi cannot make debits on a members PayQuicker account, so we will not be able to help with transfers or any action where we would need to debit funds from your PayQuicker account. 

 

Q24: When will Payquicker become the primary account to get commissions paid into?

As of February 10th, 2025 all new members will have Payquicker as the primary wallet to receive commissions.

As of April 1st, 2025 all commissions that are still being paid in the Neumi Wallet will now be paid in Payquicker.

As of the week of April 28th, 2025 Paymenture (Neumi Wallet) will be deactivated and no one will have access to it. 

Everyone will still have access to Paymenture (Neumi Wallet) until the week of April 28th, from now, until that date, please activate your Payquicker account and do one of the following: transfer funds from Neumi Wallet to Payquicker, transfer funds from Neumi Wallet to bank account, or spend the funds on orders. 

If you do not wish to use Payquicker, please contact Neumi customer service to request to be changed to i-Payout.

Q25: What do I do if I haven't received the invitation email to create a Payquicker account?

If you have not received the email to create your Payquicker account, please contact Neumi customer service to request that the invitation email gets sent to you via email.
