Q1: Can I get a physical card with i-Payout? 

Yes, i-Payout does have an option to request a physical card to its users. The card costs $14.

 

Q2: How long does it take for the card to arrive? 

In the U.S, the estimated time of delivery is about 1-2 weeks through their standard shipping method. If you would like express shipping, it will be $40 and it could take 1 week or less to arrive. For other countries, the standard shipping will take about 4-6 weeks for the card to arrive. If you wish to use the express shipping method in another country outside of the U.S, it will take about 2-3 weeks for the card to arrive.

 

Q3: What is the difference between i-Payout and the Neumi wallet? 

  • I-payout has the option to request a physical card, whereas the Neumi wallet does not.  
  • I-payout has multiple ways to get in contact with their customer service. You may contact i-Payout customer service in multiple languages via email, phone call, and webchat. Right now the Neumi wallet (Paymenture) customer service can only be contacted via email.  
  • i-Payout has cheaper transfer fees than Paymenture (Neumi wallet)


Q4: How much are the transfer fees? 

The transfer fees vary depending on the country, however, i-Payout does have a fixed fee of $5 per transfer. In the U.S, the transfer fee is $1 and there is a maintenance fee of $1. (See image below) 

Q5: Is there a monthly fee for occupying an i-Payout account? 

Yes, there is a $1 maintenance fee. We recommend users read the terms and conditions of i-Payout to see if there are any additional fees whether they are for transfers or for being inactive (dormancy fees).

 

Q6: Can I transfer funds from my i-payout to other members i-Payout? 

Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer funds internationally from one i-Payout account to another. 

 

Q7: How long does it take for my funds to reflect in my bank account? 

It typically takes about 3-5 business days for your bank to receive the funds. This may vary depending on the bank and country of residence. To avoid those situations, please verify your bank information before submitting it.

 

Q8: How can I contact i-Payout if I come across any issues? 

i-Payout has a few different ways to contact them which are the following:
  • They are open for phone calls Sunday-Friday from 9:30am - 10:00pm (EST). Their phone number is  1-866-844-5682 
  • They are also open on Webchat which can be located in the members back office. Webchats are available in multiple languages.

Q9: Do I need to download an app or can I just use their website? 

  • You may access your i-Payout account through the Neumi back office. First login to your back office, in the top left corner press the square with the three lines, then select where it says “i-payout login” (see image below) 3F19A83D-6E1F-41E8-9352-DD321043BB12
  • You may also download their app called "Now". It is available for both Apple and Android devices. 

 

Q10: Which countries is i-Payout available in? 

  • I-payout is available in the same countries that Neumi is open in, for a full list of their country availability, you may visit the link below.

Q11: Is there an activation fee? 

There is no activation fee with i-Payout. 

 

Q12: Do I need to register my SSN to transfer my funds? 

No, depending on the country of residence you may be required to send some form of identification from the country of residence for verification purposes. This process may take about 1-3 business days, this is done in the process of creating your i-Payout account. To input your personal information, you need to submit a photo directly on the i-Payout website or you may send an email to neumi@globalewallet.com 

 

Q13: Where can I update my personal information on my i-Payout account and update my bank information? 

  • The bank information can be updated in the back office of i-Payout when you login. In order to do that, select the option showing “transfer funds” and modify the current information on file or add in a different bank account, just press “add bank account” 
  • To update your personal information, please contact i-Payouts customer service.

Q14: Can I give access to my account to another person? 

For security reasons, we never recommend giving access to your account to someone else. 

 

Q15: How can I switch to/from i-Payout? 

If you would like to change to i-Payout from another commissions payment method (and vice versa) please contact Neumi customer service to request the change. They will change your commission's method of payment per your request and transfer the funds from your old commission's method of payment to your new one. 

 

Q16: Where can I reset my login information? 

In the event of needing to reset your login information to your i-Payout account, you may select where it says “forgot password” to reset your login information.

Q17: Does i-Payout offer any cryptocurrency options? 

Yes, i-Payout does offer a cryptocurrency, specifically Bitcoin.

 

Q18: If I have funds in the Neumi wallet, can they be transferred to my i-Payout account? 

Yes, you just need to contact Neumi customer service and request your funds to be transferred. 

 

Q19: How can I check my current balance? 

Once you login to your account you will see a widget which shows your current balance and a transaction history. 

 

Q20: Can I see my projected commissions in i-Payout or only the current balance? 

You may see your projected commissions in the Neumi back office and in the i-Payout back office you will only see the current available balance. 

 

Q21: Can someone else see my commissions balance? 

No, only the account holder can view the current balance and transaction history. 

 

Q22: How often can I transfer my funds? 

You may make as many transfers as you’d like in the course of a day, just keep in mind that you will be charged a transfer fee for every transfer.

 

Q23: Can I set up automatic bank transfers so that my commissions will automatically transfer to my bank account? 

  • Yes, you may set that up in your i-Payout back office so that your funds get automatically transferred to your bank account or physical i-Payout card. 
  • The user must select the option “transfer funds” then select “other options” and then you will be able to see where it has the option of automatic transfers. Once you are on that page, you must select to edit then set up the amount and the frequency of the transfers.

 

Q24: How is the registration of information done? 

  1. You must contact Neumi customer service and request the change from a previous wallet to i-Payout. 
  2. Once you are changed to i-Payout, you will receive an email with your login information, and a link to proceed with your registration.
  3. Once you click on the link, select where it says “continue”, and this will take you to the page where you will fill out the personal information. Personal information includes the following: name, address, country of residence, phone number, email, etc. 
  4. Once you have completed that information, you will need to input your SSN (Social Security Number) if you reside in the U.S. If you reside outside of the U.S, you are not required to provide a SSN. You will also be required to input a Pin which will be used to confirm any movement on your account, this will add a level of security to your account.
  5. When the prior steps are completed, you will be redirected to a section where to complete the registration you will be required to submit a photo of a document of identification from the country you reside in. Valid forms of identification include the following: passport, drivers license, and a document of identification. You may also submit the photo via email to neumi@globalewallet.com so that their customer service can verify it. Keep in mind that the verification process may take up to 3 business days .
  6. Once the identity is verified, you will have full access to your i-Payout account. Keep in mind that you can receive commissions in your account but will not be able to transfer them out until the verification is completed.

 

Q25: Where can I find my 1099? 

The 1099 form will be received via email if the user has received at least $600 in commissions in the calendar year (Jan-Dec). If you do not receive a 1099 and you made over $600, please email i-Payout at neumi@globalewallet.com 

 

Q26: Can my commissions get paid to two (2) different wallets? 

No, the commissions can only be paid out to one (1) wallet because there can only be one primary wallet account.
