Q1: Do I receive commissions from my own orders?
No, you do not receive commissions from your own orders. However, what you receive from your orders is the volume (which helps you increase your rank from one month to another).
You do receive commissions from people who generate orders beneath you and in your organization. (It depends solely on the rank; you have to know up to what level below you the commissions to be paid monthly and weekly will correspond.)
If you would like to know up to which level you get paid on, you may find that information on the compensation plan.
Q2: When will commissions be paid?
We have two types of commission payments in the company:
Weekly Payment — It is paid on Friday by the end of the day.
The weekly commissions that are being paid are from customers and new members who have been enrolled for less than 30 days and generate an order within the period from Monday to Sunday, the commission for that order will be paid the following week.
Monthly Payment - It is paid on the 5th day of each month (if the 5th day of a month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment will be advanced or delayed by one day, as applicable).
The monthly commissions that are being paid are from orders that members who have been enrolled for 30+ days have placed, Power of 3, Leadership Pool, etc.
Q3: What do I do if I don't have a sponsor?
If you don't have a sponsor, you can still sign up under the company, and we will assign you a sponsor near your location!
Q4: What do I do if I haven't received my commission?
If you are missing a commission, please contact our customer service team, and they will direct you to our commissions team. You can also email our commissions department at commissions@neumi.com.
Please note that if the order is from a member who has been enrolled for more than 30 days, the commission will be paid out on the 5th of the following month. If the 5th lands on a holiday or weekend, the commissions will be paid the following business day.
If the order is from a member who has been enrolled for less than 30 days or a customer, the commission will be paid the following Friday.
Please make sure that you are active to receive the commissions. If you were inactive, the commission will not be paid.
