Q1: What types of Payments does Neumi accept?
A1: Neumi accepts these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. If you are a Neumi Member, we can also accept i-Payout, PayQuicker, and Neumi E-Wallet.
Q2: To cancel or modify my order, whom must I contact?
A2: If you wish to cancel or modify the order, please get in touch with Customer Service by email (support@neumi.com) or phone (385-429-6122) before 11 a.m. (MST/ Utah time).
If you wish to cancel or modify an order in Canada, please contact us before 9:00 a.m. (MST/ Utah time)
Q3: Why is it asking me for a unique email when I’m trying to place an order?
A3: If the website is telling you to use a unique email address to place an order, that means you’re most likely trying to place an order as a new customer even though you are a returning customer.
To place an order as a returning customer please press the icon on the top right corner and login to your account to place an order. If you don’t remember your password, select “forgot password” or contact customer service to help reset your password.
Q4: Can I do a split payment when placing my order?
A4: Yes. We now offer the option for split payment. Once you are in the "Review" part, go to Payment>>Edit>>Split Payment. It will show you the available options for splitting the payment, and yes, you can use your wallets to split the costs.
