Quarterly Packs - FAQ's

Q1: Can I change or choose the products in the quarterly pack?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify any of the packs that we have available; the packs come as is, and we have a wide variety of packs.

Q2: What is the difference between a Quarterly Pack and a Premium Pack?

The Quarterly Pack will keep you active for three months and split the volume in 3 at a monthly volume (PV) of 100. But if you want to get the whole amount in volume of 300 (to achieve a higher rank), we recommend purchasing the mini bundle pack or a premium pack. 

Q3: How many bottles does the Quarterly Pack and Premium Pack have?

Our Premium Pack and Quarterly Pack consist of six (6) bottles and one (1) complimentary bottle, so that's a total of seven (7) bottles. 

Q4: Can we choose the free bottle on the Quarterly Pack or Premium Pack?

Unfortunately, no. The packages are created that way, and we cannot modify them. 

Q5: What happens if I mistakenly order the Premium Pack instead of a Quarterly Pack (and vice versa)?

If you order the wrong package, please contact Customer Service immediately so that they can cancel the order in time and they can change it to the one you wanted. However, if you contact us a day after placing the order, we won't be able to make any changes. 

Q6: Why doesn’t a $300 order of individual bottles qualify for one free bottle or three months of active status?

In order to qualify for one free bottle and be active for three months, the order must be a quarterly pack. A $300 order of individual bottles does not meet this requirement, even if the total amount is the same.
