In the event of your order arriving with a missing product or the incorrect product, please follow these steps to ensure that we get you the correct products you purchased:
Please take a picture of the products you received, and if you have the invoice, please include it in the photo.
Contact customer service as soon as possible via phone call, WhatsApp, or email to inform them that your package arrived incorrectly or incompletely and send the photos to our email at support@neumi.com. Once you send the picture(s) customer service will issue a corresponding replacement.
