- Rest assured, the agent will personally contact our Refunds Department to request your refund for the canceled or returned order.
- Our internal refund process typically takes between 24 and 48 business hours.
- Once the refund is processed on our end, you can expect the refund to be credited to your account within 10 days*.
*If you wish to track your refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department so they can provide you with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). This number will be available after two or three business days of issuing the refund.
