Q1: Does Neumi accept PO BOX addresses?
Yes, just for Canada and the U.S.
Q2: How long does it take for my product to arrive at my address?
It depends on your location and when you placed your order.
If you place your order before 11 a.m. (MST), our warehouse will most likely receive and ship your order the same day; however, if you place your order after 11 a.m. (MST), your order will be shipped the next day.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, the estimated delivery time will vary based on your country of residence, reflecting the different shipping processes and distances involved.

Q3: How much do I need to purchase to get free shipping?
A shipping charge will be applied to every order, regardless of the amount of product being purchased. However, our packs that are over $300 contain at least one free product to help compensate for the shipping costs. Please view our packs that are available at Neumi.com.
Q4: Will I get shipping updates via email?
For the time being, Neumi isn't sending tracking information via email. If you would like to find your tracking number, please see your order history and select the order number you'd like. This will open up the order invoice, and the tracking number is in the top right corner. To know which carrier is in charge of delivering your order to your country, click here.
*If you cannot see a tracking number a few days after the original order date, please contact our customer service team.
Q5: What do I do if I haven't received my order?
Please keep in mind that our orders take a few business days to arrive, to see more exact expected delivery times, click here.
If the estimated time of arrival has passed and you still haven't received your order, please check the tracking information to see if it shows an expected delivery date.
If you don't have a tracking number yet, please contact Neumi customer service via phone, email or chat, and we can look for a tracking number. If there is no tracking number available, we will check with the warehouse to see if they have a tracking number or if there is any information missing from the order.
